Shipping Policy

At Le Café Boisé, we are committed to offering fast and secure delivery for all of our products, so you can enjoy your shopping hassle-free. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the times, fees, and conditions associated with your orders.

1. Order processing times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If we encounter a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you by email of any delays.

2. Carrier

We use Transport’heure for the shipment of our products. A family and local business.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen. Here are the estimated times for deliveries with Transport’heure:

  • Standard delivery (in Quebec): 2 to 5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather conditions, public holidays and high volumes of shipments. If the location is remote, we will forward the tracking number to you.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping for all orders under $65 is $12.

Free shipping:

We offer free shipping in Canada on orders of $65 CAD and more before taxes.

5. Delivery area

We ship our products only to Quebec. At the moment, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand our delivery area in the future.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. A physical address is required for deliveries.

6. Tracking number

At the moment our carrier does not generate a tracking number, but can contact you via your phone number. However, if you have any questions regarding delivery, please contact us at lecafeboise@gmail.com.

7. Delivery issues

If you have not received your package within the estimated time, please follow this step:

If your package seems delayed or lost, please contact our team at lecafeboise@gmail.com. We will work with Transport’heure to resolve the issue and provide you with assistance.

8. Undeliverable Packages and Reshipping

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm the delivery details. Reshipping fees may apply.

9. High-Value Orders

If you are returning an item valued over $75 CAD, we recommend that you use a shipping tracking service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that your returned item will be received if you do not use a trackable service.

10. Cancellation and Modification Policy

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at lecafeboise@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may proceed with a cancellation or modification. However, once the order is being delivered with Purolator, it will not be possible to make any further changes.

11. Liability for loss or damage

Café Boisé is committed to ensuring that all packages are carefully packaged and shipped in good condition. However, if your package arrives damaged or lost in transit, please contact us at lecafeboise@gmail.com. We will work with Transport’heure to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
