Refund & Return Policy
At Le Café Boisé, we are committed to offering you high-quality products and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, or need recommendations in order to find your ideal product!
1. Products not eligible for return
Due to the nature of our products, our coffee bags are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless the quality of the product is affected. Share your comments with us whether you are satisfied or a little less satisfied with your Café Boisé experience!
2. Products eligible for return
Coffee accessories and equipment (such as cups, coffee makers, etc.) can be returned or exchanged if:
- The item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- The return is initiated within 15 days of receipt of the order.
3. General return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Some items may be subject to partial refunds if they show signs of use or damage that are not due to our error.
4. Return procedure
To initiate a return, you must contact us at lecafeboise@gmail.com with your order details and proof of purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please do not return the item directly to the manufacturer.
The product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when it was received. The delivery costs for the return of the package are non-refundable and the return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a reasonable time.
Processing time: Refunds may take several days to appear in your account due to processing times from your bank or credit card issuer. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact your bank or credit card company.
6. Sale Items
Only items sold at regular price are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon receipt.
7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at lecafeboise@gmail.com with your order details. If the exchange is approved, you will need to return the defective or damaged item to the address we will provide.
8. High-value products
If you are returning an item valued over $75 CAD, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
9. Items received as gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift buyer had the item shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift buyer, and they will be notified of your return.
